The Founder
Arnold A. Kamanke is the founding mind behind Negus Advisory, a boutique consulting practice created to offer high-level financial and strategic advisory services in Africa and beyond. Born into a family of Bamiléké entrepreneurs, Arnold brings a rich legacy of business acumen, reinforced by international experience and world-class academic training.
After early roles in financial analysis and market strategy with institutions such as Crédit Communautaire d’Afrique (CCA) and Heineken International, Arnold launched Negus Advisory in 2016 to support private and public sector actors through tailored financial and strategic solutions.
He has since been involved in transactions exceeding €700 million across infrastructure, mining, real estate, and technology, with successful engagements in Africa, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. In recent years, he has continued to contribute to large-scale project development through a senior role at the Port Authority of Douala.
Arnold holds two MSc degrees in Finance & Investments and Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. A jazz enthusiast and table tennis aficionado, he combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and a deep commitment to sustainable growth across emerging markets.

We have gained expertise in the oil & gas, mining, industrial, and real estate sectors.
